C pulled off the sweetest surprise proposal for K right in front of the U.S. Capitol, and it was such a joy to capture every second of it. The moment C dropped to one knee, you could feel the excitement in the air—K’s reaction was everything!

After the big “yes,” we took a walk around Capitol Hill and the Library of Congress, soaking in the classic DC architecture and that beautiful golden light. K looked radiant, and these two couldn’t stop smiling the whole time. Every moment reflected who they are—young, in love, and so excited to start this new chapter together.
