We had the absolute honor of photographing A & C’s stunning wedding at Citizen Ballroom, one of the most elegant and historic venues in downtown Fredericksburg, Virginia. From the moment we arrived, we knew this wedding would be unforgettable.

The day began with an emotional first look, where A & C saw each other for the first time on the grand staircase. The lighting was perfect, their smiles were priceless, and we were able to capture a moment that felt both intimate and cinematic.

Their ceremony was heartfelt and deeply personal, surrounded by close friends and family. The monochrome palette added a sense of timelessness to every image—from the bride’s sophisticated gown by Ashley Grace Bridal, to the groom’s classic black tux. Every detail was carefully chosen, creating an atmosphere of modern elegance.

Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a night full of energy and joy. Bachelor Boys Band brought the house down with epic live music (shoutout to the lead guitarist!), and the dance floor stayed packed all night. As wedding photographers, we live for those lively, candid moments—and this reception did not disappoint.

One of the most memorable touches? The wedding cake by Boulangerie Christophe, designed to resemble a piece of French pastry art. Not only did it taste amazing—it looked like it belonged in a gallery.
