No travel fees for weddings within 60 miles of Northern Virginia — which covers most of the DMV. For weddings beyond that range, travel costs will be outlined clearly and transparently in your custom quote. Destination weddings? We love them. Let's talk.
do I have to pay travel fees?
We don't include unedited RAW files — our editing style is a core part of what makes our work feel the way it does (warm, true-to-life, timeless), and it's likely part of what drew you to us in the first place. Your gallery will include a fully edited, beautifully curated collection of the best images from your day.
do you provide unedited images?
For peak Virginia wedding season (May through October), we recommend reaching out 12–18 months in advance — those dates fill up quickly. That said, we always welcome inquiries at any stage of planning. Reach out and we'll let you know honestly where our calendar stands.
how far in advance should we book?
It starts with filling out our contact form — that's the easiest first step. We'll reach out quickly to schedule a relaxed video call so we can get to know each other. Once we're both sure it's a great fit, we'll send over a simple contract and invoice. A signed agreement and deposit officially locks in your date. That's it — easy, clear, and no pressure.
